Great dentist.
Invisible online.
Maya had spent 3 years building her skills at a group dental clinic in Austin. When she opened her own practice, she had the training, the equipment, and the chair — but no website, no Google Business listing, and no way for new patients to find her.
People looking for a dentist in Austin were finding clinics with mediocre reviews and outdated sites — simply because those clinics existed online and Maya didn't. She was losing patients before they ever had a chance to meet her.
Warm, not
clinical.
Most dental websites look like hospital brochures — cold white, stock photos of strangers smiling, generic copy. We went the opposite direction: cream and sage green, Cormorant Garamond for headings, photography that feels personal and calm.
The hero section answers the three questions every new patient has: who is this doctor, what do they do, and how do I book? Phone number and booking button above the fold on every device.
Homepage — first screen. Warm and personal, not clinical. Doctor's name and booking CTA visible immediately on every device.
What it costs.
No mystery.
One of the biggest reasons people put off the dentist is anxiety about cost. Most dental sites hide their prices or bury them in footnotes. We put pricing front and centre on every service card — cleaning, whitening, veneers, implants — with a clear "from $X" for each.
Transparent pricing reduces friction. A patient who already knows a cleaning costs $120 is far more likely to book than one who has to call to find out.
Services page with transparent pricing. Every service shows a starting price — no mystery, no need to call.
Book online.
Any time.
The booking form captures name, contact, service type, insurance, and preferred time. Maya gets an email with everything she needs to confirm the appointment — no phone tag, no back-and-forth.
For a solo practitioner managing her own schedule, this is the difference between spending her lunch break on the phone and spending it eating lunch.

"I was so focused on setting up the practice that I kept putting off the website. When we finally launched it I couldn't believe how fast new patients started coming in — people I'd never met, who just found me on Google and liked what they saw."
